Clean Hardwood Floors Use boiling water and two teabags to clean hardwood floors. The tannic acid in tea creates a beautiful shine for hardwood floors. Let two teabags steep in the boiling water for a few minutes. Pour the tea into a bucket. Take a soft cloth and wring it out in the tea. The cloth merely needs to be damp, not soaked. This will enable the floor to dry quickly. Wash the floor and be ready to be amazed by the sheen... and no sticky or oily residue

How to freshen and clean your garbage disposal with BS/V: Start by running hot water through your garbage disposal for a minute. Pour about 1/4 c. baking soda into the drain. Flip the garbage disposal on for 2 seconds, just to whirl the baking soda inside, and then leave it alone for 10-15 minutes. Follow with 1 c. of vinegar. Watch the bubbles erupt out of your drain. (Yay!) Rinse through one last time with very hot water and run your garbage disposal for 5 seconds.

BEST soap scum remover!! This REALLY works well. After trying a few other Pinterest suggestions, I made this. It's odd, but it's GREAT. Make a vinegar "gel" by thickening vinegar with cornstarch. The vinegar CLINGS to what ever you spray it on...thus gives it more time to work. A little detergent cuts grease. I heated 1 cup of vinegar and 1 T corn starch in the microwave for 2 minutes. Add 2 T dish detergent and put it in a spay bottle. Spray. Wait 1hr. Wipe. Rinse.
