Caramel and White Chocolate Flavored Pretzel Rods - add 2tbs milk to 14oz unwrapped caramels, in mug micro 2-3mins stirring every min, dip pretzels, repeat for 14oz chocolate (no milk)

How To Make A “Belly Fat Reduction” Smoothie ~ 1 cup almond milk plus water to desired consistency / 2 cup frozen blueberries / 1/4 frozen banana / 1/2 tbsp almond butter / 1 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted, and optional 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

How To Make A “Belly Fat Reduction” Smoothie ~ 1 cup almond milk plus water to desired consistency / 2 cup frozen blueberries / 1/4 frozen banana / 1/2 tbsp almond butter / 1 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted, and optional 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Chocolade dessert bakjes. Nodig: Pure Chocola, kl. Ballonnen, Bakplaat, Bakpapier.  Werkwijze: Blaas de ballonnen op, +/-2 extra. Leg bakpapier op de bakplaat. Smelt chocola aubain-marie. Dip de onderkant van de ballon in de chocola. Schep een beetje chocola op het bakpapier en zet hier de ballon op. Laat de chocola stollen in de koelkast. Knip de ballon iets in naast het opblaas tuutje. De ballon loopt nu langzaam leeg. Verwijder de ballon, vul de bakjes naar eigen smaak.
