Better than 7 layer dip…Mediterranean Layer Dip Spread-Hummus across bottom of shallow dish. Layer with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, roasted red peppers Sprinkle with crumbled feta. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve with pita chips.

Not potatoes! Olive Oil, salt and pepper, and cauliflower.

I cooked these for 22 minutes, and the zucchini was perfectly done! I also added thinly sliced mushrooms as well as onion powder and chili powder. yum! Next time, I would cook the meat for less time. It was very well done. (I also was cooking with meat.)
