Bahamian Boiled Fish - Season grouper steaks with salt, lime juice and scotch bonnet peppers. Saute onions in butter until translucent, add potatoes and cook until potatoes are almost done. Add Fish and water just to cover fish - let simmer for 20 minutes. Do not overcook. Enjoy! If you want to kick it up a notch - chop and clean grouper head and add to pot.
