St Patrick's in a Jar- Gold coins at the bottom, Skittles and marshmallows on top (what a fun and happy gift idea! Even if I forget to celebrate St. Patrick every year. I'm not near Irish, but this is worth using!) Could also use baby food jars!
Rainbow Cupcakes- for the one year old's rainbow party. Word to the wise. leave the rainbow sour belts out to get stale for a day or two. We had some floppy rainbows. I did rainbow cake inside that you could see through the white liners.
use food dye to make ice cubes. Then put them in a glass of water-voile. Would be good for a party. Rainbow ice water - Taste the rainbow! - this would be cool for Christmas drinks. Red, green and edible glitter!
