In 2008 I started to become interested in 'healthy' food and got in contact with paleolithic diet, specifically low carb&sugar. I started to write on my on blog www.wouterdeheij.com in 2009 and sofpaleo.blog in 2017. I'm not an public health expert or medical doctor; I only use a bit of my chemistry background and personal experiences to share some what I consider to be relevant information. I strongly believe that scientifically proof for the paleolithic hypotheses will come eventually.
