The Letters
Juliet Stevenson performs Mother Teresa with her humble, gently loving spirit in this profound movie. She is most concerned with offering care, comfort to the masses who are starving, sick, dying. She shows courage, focus, sacrificial unconditional love despite much resistance. In her commitment to prayer, following her Lord’s leading in all, and love for all, which includes her enemies and those who reject her faith, she is an incarnate example of what the Bible describes as pure religion.
