1 cup greek yogurt, 2 Tablespoons of Sugar Free, Fat Free Jello Cheesecake mix, cup Almond milk. Mix all ingredients well in a blender or food processor, or even whisk. This makes 2 servings. 100 calories each and 12 grams of protein!
This was on Dr. Oz last week … very cool! Cake Mix + Fat-Free Greek Yogurt (instead of eggs and oil) 180 calories per serving. Note: THIS WORKS! chobani vanilla yogurt + 1 Betty Crocker cake mix + water= much better option than eggs and oil.
