Tire planting retaining wall. Tire tops are cut off and tires are flipped inside out so they look smooth. Then painted with latex house paint. Don't they look like teracotta pots now? Very nice and cheap retaining wall. Many tire recycling places with PAY YOU to take tires away too. So this is practically free.
