Parchment paper sounds fancy, but it's really just paper you can use in baking. I made this quick and easy french bread last night--it was delicious! It really does take just an hour from start to finish, and tasted great. Really thick, crispy crust and soft insides. I'll definitely make this again, but I'll double the salt next time--I think it could use a little more.
