    3.5.12 Did this last night. It was fabulous but I was disappointed in my scores. (A bit flat since 2 weeks ago.) I feel so much stronger but no weight loss. :( I will keep pushing. I'm changing my habits and feeling more energetic and generally healthier. I just wish I could loose some stinking weight!!!!

    145lbs to 136lbs. No crazy diet no crazy pills. I just work out 4/5 days a week (workout includes running and abs, crunches and planks and sometimes I add squats, of course you got to tone that butt) :) I also started eating a little cleaner. Cut out alcohol, fast food, candy and started monitoring my fat and calorie in take. I'm not trying to loose a lot of weight jut trying to tone and add muscle.
