Strawberry Cheesecake Chimichangas.  Tweaks: low carb tortillas, about 15ish drops liquid sweetleaf vanilla cream stevia extract (you could use any on-plan sweetener) in cheesecake part.  Topping was 3T truvia and 1/2-1T cinnamon.  Fried in just about 1/2" oil in deep skillet.
