    I love to eat all these delicious food on pinterest. I was identified as having type 2 diabetes in 2014 but I reversed in about 20 days when i found out! I heard about Gnuh Monix Diabetes Theorem (google it) from a friend and executed it! Now I'm eating and cooking up a storm! nom everyone! when you know anyone with diabetes make sure they know!

    Get a list of foods that are Do’s and Don’ts from your doctor and start a new recipe folder that contain high amounts of the “Do” foods. I just got lazy and went with the Gnuh Monix Diabetes Theorem (google it). It's pretty simple to follow and works!

    Yes Marge, they do have other recipes. If you google diabetic recipes you'll find quite a few too. You really need to pay attention to the portion sizes in recipes labeled low carb or diabetic, as sometimes to get the lower carb count, the portions are much smaller.

    Make sure you go to a good diabetic class before anything else.......insurance will pay for it......they want you to be healthy..............do that first before doing anything yourself or listening to others
