I have been looking for this receipe for about ten years. My grandmother used to make this for me. She used apricot jello insteal of orance and topped it off with marichino cherries. SO GOOD!!! I will be making this this weekend for sure.
Peach Cake with Brown Sugar Frosting from The Food Charlatan. A delightfully peachy cake made from a cake mix and a packet of Jello, of all things! Don't knock it til you try it! There are real peaches in the cake, which makes it super moist (ok, and a lot of oil). It is topped with a rich brown sugar frosting! It almost has a caramel effect. Such a perfect summer dessert!
