Jim 'N Nick's Cheesy Biscuits: Ingredients: 1-1/2 cups Bisquick 3/4 cup buttermilk 3 Tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Spot on but add about 1/2 to 1 more Tbsp of sugar. I quadrupled the recipe and used a small muffin pan. I made about 50 total along with 12 big ones for the boys. Delicious!
"Popeyes" Biscuits - 2 cups Bisquick, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. club soda, 1 TBS sugar. Mix together, press into 9x9 inch pan with 2 TBS. melted butter. Brush top with more butter. Score into 9 biscuits. Bake at 450°F for 12-15 minutes until golden. (The club soda version of these tastes much better than the 7up version, but both are incredibly light and fluffy.)
Weight Watchers 2 Point- Pumpkin Muffins ~ These are soooo yummy! My sister made them exactly as written and we all love them!! They do taste just like pumpkin pie. They do stick to the muffin wrappers so next time we will just spray the muffin tin,, :)
