Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe. Excellent and super easy. Even better version 4 chicken breasts, 1 32 oz chix broth, 2 cans chicken and rice soup, 1 package taco seasoning, 1 pk hidden valley ranch salad dressing mix dry, 2 cups water, 2 cans rotel tomato (any combo of the varieties), 1 can blackbeans drained, 1 can mexican corn undrained, 1 can red pinto beans drained. Mix in large pot and heat. serve with sour cream and chips. Helps to dissolve ranch in water before adding to the pot.
