Lava Flow: 1 oz. Bacardi Light Rum 1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum 2 oz. Fresh Strawberries, chopped 1 ea. Banana 2 oz. Pineapple Juice 2 oz. Coconut Cream Ice to fill a blender to just under the liquid line. Blend the 2 rums and strawberries. Pour into the glass and blend the remaining ingredients. Pour over slowly and to the side of the glass, creating a layering effect. Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Cheers!
Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie 1.5 oz. Pinnacle Chocolate Whipped Vodka 1 oz. Créme de Cacao 1 oz. Monin Shortbread syrup 8 oz. Milk, steamed and frothed Add the first 3 ingredients to a glass (Libbey 14 oz. cafe mug) of steamed milk. For an extra kick add an Illy espresso. Garnish with whipped cream and a mini chocolate chip cookie. Cheers!
Hot Chocolate Grand Marnier: 1.25 oz. Milk Chocolate discs, Albert Uster Couverture (amount equivalent to 1 butter ramekin) .5 oz. Grand Marnier Steamed whole milk Build the drink into a latte mug, top ith steamed whole milk and stir until fully incorporated. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Cheers!
