Something to remember if you find yourself snacking throughout the day! It's important to separate your body’s need for nutrients from the desire to eat. How much you eat has little to do with how hungry you are! It's nutrients that your body is asking for. Make sure you've got a good balance of protein, complex carbs, veggies and healthy fats at meal times so that you feel properly satisfied.
No offense to anyone who offers suggestions, if you hear something, please tell me, but on the same note, don't get offended and act like I'm an idiot who doesn't want to get well if I tell you I already tried it and it didn't help me. I've been in pain for years and have had a lot of time to try different things.
Chronic migraines has permanently damaged my ability to feel physical pain, so I feel discomfort instead and over react to hide this fact. I am alway checking to make sure I don't have an injury anywhere.
