3 cups coconut milk frozen bananas, chopped 1 tablespoon unsweetened dark cocoa powder cup dark chocolate chips 2 tablespoons honey cup flax seed meal (optional, sometimes I add it and sometimes I don't) tablespoons peanut butter.
