Tulle Monster Wreath: 100 yards of tulle on a spool. Styrofoam wreath, 2 styro balls for eyes, styro/corefoam sheet for teeth. white and black paint for eyeballs. Tie tulle on wreath, attache eyes with toothpicks. attach teeth in back.
