Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing •4 chicken breasts •6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix •3/4 cup light sour cream •1 can of cream of chicken soup (low fat) •1/4 cup of water Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Pour stuffing mix over chicken. In a medium size bowl combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream and water; mix well. Pour on top pf stuffing mix. Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours (check it at 3 hours).

This was very good, I doubled everything but the chicken and beans. I used kidney beans instead of black beans, and a can of yellow corn. I had to use 2 13 x 9 pans for everything to fit. I used all medium heat ingredients, it was VERY mild, next time I'll use hot. I also felt it was a little bland, I would add some black pepper, garlic, onion powder, spice it up some. Michael LOVED it as is.

Mexican Stuffed Shells Ingredients 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey) 1 package low-sodium taco seasoning 4 ounces cream cheese 16 jumbo pasta shells 1 1/2 cups salsa 1 cup taco sauce 1 cup cheddar cheese 1 cup Monterrey jack cheese For toppings: 3 green onions Sour cream Instructions Preheat oven to 350°. In a pan brown the ground beef; add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. Add cream cheese, cover and simmer until cheese is melted. Stir together and mix well. Set aside and cool completely. While ground beef is cooking, cook the pasta shells according to package directions; drain. Set shells out individually on cutting board or baking sheet so that they don’t stick together. Pour salsa on bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Stuff each shell with 1-2 tablespoons of the meat mixture. Place shells in 9×13 pan open side up. Evenly cover shells with taco sauce. Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Crock Pot Taco Chicken Bowls | Recipe Knead 1½ lbs. chicken breasts 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained ½ lb. (8 oz.) frozen corn 1 Tbsp chili powder ½ Tbsp cumin ½ Tbsp minced garlic ½ tsp dried oregano ¼ tsp cayenne pepper ¼ tsp salt to taste cracked pepper 2 cups dry rice 8 oz. shredded cheddar ½ bunch cilantro (optional) Directions: 1) Add everything except the rice, cheese, and cilantro to the slow cooker along with ¼ cup of water. Give everything a good stir and make sure the chicken is covered in the mixture. 2) Secure the lid on your slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hrs. 3) Near the end of the cooking time, cook the two cups of rice according to the package directions. 4) After 8 hours of cooking, carefully remove the lid of the slow cooker. Stir with a fork to shred the chicken. Build the taco bowls by placing rice on the bottom, then the taco chicken mix, shredded cheese and fresh cilantro.

Slow cooker Chicken Noodle Soup Chicken and Noodle Soup 5 cups of chicken broth (boxed or can is fine) One can Cream of Chicken soup 2 cans shredded chicken 1/2 cup onions chopped fine 1/2 cup celery 1/2 cup carrots 1/2 cup green onions One can of whole kernel corn Salt and Pepper to taste 1 1/2 cup Egg noodles 2 cups cooked chicken chopped Add everything the noodles and cooked chicken to the crock pot on Low for 5-6 hours, the last hour turn on High, and add noodles and chicken. Remember, if you do this in the morning, and don’t have a timer on your crock pot, use a lamp timer, they work wonderful.

CROCKPOT PIZZA 1 lb beef; browned, 3 oz Turkey Pepperoni, 1 can Fat free Cream of Mushroom; 1 Onion chopped, 12 oz shredded parm. 8 oz Rigatoni pasta; cooked 5 min. and drained, 14 oz pizza sauce. Mix together meat, Onion, Pizza sauce. Layer crockpot: in the order Half of the meat. half pasta. Half soup. 6 oz cheese. Half of the pepperoni any other ingredients you like such as mushrooms, olives, etc. Repeat layers. Cook on low heat for 4 hours
Crock Pot "pizza" Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper, oregano & Worcestershire sauce. Drain. Cook macaroni and drain. Place macaroni on bottom layer of crock pot, add 1 can pizza sauce, then layer the remaining ingredients – ground beef/onion/pepper, then the second can of pizza sauce, then the mushrooms, then the mozzarella cheese, and finally the pepperoni on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Don’t stir. Cook on LOW for 4 hrs
