Console stereos. We had one of these in our living room. Both ends had room inside for storing the big, round records.
Old cabinet record player. " I had one that my mom let me have when I moved out. Something didn't work on it when I first met my husband but still could play records. I came home from work one day and he had it in pieces, neat little piles, all over the living room. I believe I was livid because I was afraid that it would never work again. Me of little faith he did!
