so smoothie cubes are my new fave thing and an easy way to get nutrients in - just blend leafy greens or fruits with water or your fave non dairy milk, pour into ice cube trays and freeze {these ones are -spinach kale and almond milk-, -blueberries raspberries and water-, -mango and almond milk-}… Blended three of each cube with two.cups of coconut water for a yummo smoothie!

When your party is outside, put your salads in large glass jars with lids. No bugs. Great idea! And you could put an ice tray underneath to keep them cold. Best part is: throwing the jars and lids in the dishwasher when you're done

Mini Chorizo and Cheese Quiches - The best part is that they can be made ahead and frozen. Make a giant batch this month, store them in a freezer bag and then pop a few or so out at a time for unexpected guests, parties, or an evening you do not want to make dinner. They reheat nicely in the microwave or in bulk in the oven.

A MUST try this summer!! Someone told me about "cooler corn"? Never hearing of it; of course I asked what it was and here is what I was told; The cooler is wiped clean, then filled with the shucked ears. Next, two kettles-full of boiling water are poured over the corn and the top closed. 30 minutes later the corn is perfectly cooked. I'm told that the corn will remain at the perfect level of 'done' for a couple of hours. Ahhhhhhh how COOL is this??!?!? Perfect for backyard parties...yay!
