I'd add more reading time, and maybe a morning and afternoon section so they could have a break in the middle, depending on how long the tasks tend to take them, but it would be nice as-is if no one was home to remind them to finish the list afterwards.
A Lifetime of medical checkups - another way of all this being prevented is cutting processed foods and medicine out of your life - forever! Eat organic and all natural foods and do holistic and natural remedies for illnesses. Still go to the DR, but, avoid medicine if possible. There are holistic DR's, too. :)
