indoor cacti garden

So pretty and so simple. A mini cacti garden! Could be a centerpiece in the dining room, decor for the living room or bathroom.

Succulent Ball -- all you have to do is submerge it in water once a month!

I saw this idea in Better Homes & Gardens last summer and I've been buying succulents ever since. I hope I have enough to do two orbs for my front porch! Apparently all you have to do is submerse them in water once a month--I can handle that!

Planted boots.

Use old boots for planters. Instead of throwing old work boots away they can be recycled, decorated and used as garden planters. Would save money and add interest to the garden. A great idea!

Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea

Beautiful Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea that blooms from June to first frost! My absolute favorite flower is hydrangea. My wedding flowers were mainly hydrangeas. I would love to have them in my yard!

Fairy Garden......just beautiful.

~ There's an old claw foot bathtub at my mom's house and I think this would be a cute project for her to do with Megan. Large fairy garden in an old bathtub

Paint rocks to look like strawberries. Place around strawberry beds early in the season. By the time your real berries ripen, birds will think they're stones and leave them alone.

Could this be so? Stones painted as strawberries when put around strawberry plants in the spring will keep birds from eating your ripened berries. Birds experience the stones first and will think the ripened berries are rocks.

Planter filled with cacti + succulents
