Easter nests are simply Rice Krispies treats molded into the shape of birds' nests using a muffin tin. The treats are then topped with coconut, jelly beans and/or chocolate Easter eggs. Make these treats with the kids, and serve at your Easter egg hunt.
Bunny Bait - Spread 2 cups pretzel stick, 2 cups Rice Chex and 1 bag white popcorn on cookie sheet. Pour melted white melting candies over mixture and stir to coat. Then sprinkle on your spring sprinkles. Do not mix after sprinkling or you will coat the sprinkles. Once the mix is set, add M's and then package for neighbors, for a party or in individual treat bags.
Easter Candy Parade What was good for Christmas is even sweeter for Easter. Fill glass food jars with bulk candy arranged in colorful layers. Or create an Easter basket effect by nestling a white-chocolate bunny or lamb in green paper "grass." Finish with ribbon and a tag, or attach a note to the lid using double-sided tape.
