2/14/16  Eating Lean & Green: Turkey Tetrazzini - from Joy.  Used home-smoked Thanksgiving turkey, less salt, 1/4C 2% milk, and reg cream cheese.  Baked in a long baking dish so I sprinkled a little more Parmesan on top than recipe called for.  So good, but would use plain turkey next time.
