- 1 Ham, pre-cooked, bone-in - 3 cups brown sugar - 2 (14ounce) cans of pineapple chunks (or tidbits), do not drain juice. Directions Cover the bottom of the crock with the brown sugar. Place ham belly down. Cover ham with pineapple with the juice. Sprinkle ham with brown sugar. Cover and cook for up 7 hours on low (depending on size of ham).
