A fabulously glitzy upside down ice cream cake in themed colours of black, hot pink & gold for Bianca's birthday, as commissioned by my friend, the superbly talented Wynona from @redcarousel. I had a bunch of fun creating this cake! Layers of vanilla & raspberry butter cake, filled with salted caramel & white chocolate ganache. Frosted with chocolate buttercream, covered in raspberry ganache & liberal amounts of edible gold glitter ✨
Mini Banana Split Cakes - This recipe makes enough for 8 mini cakes, so they’re perfect for summer dinner parties—I think it would be awesome to set up a toppings bar and give your guests a “decorate-your-own” mini banana split cake at the end of the evening.
