Sweet Spicy Chicken Bacon Wraps •1.25 lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 in cubes •1.5 lbs bacon •2/3 c dark brown sugar •2 T chili powder •1/2 t cumin Preheat oven to 350 convection. Wrap half a slice of bacon around chicken cubes secure with a tooth pick. Roll the pieces in the brown sugar mixture. Place on the rack (sprayed w/ PAM). Bake 35 mins until golden brown.
