Old Fashioned Date Bread - I have made this many times and it's always delicious! I skip the nuts because of an allergy in the family and it is still good. Especially with a nice, hot cup of coffee in the morning. Yum! Replaced white flour with white whole wheat for a healthier version.
How To Make Banana Bread - just baked this today; so easy and turned out delicious. I used very ripe bananas, baked at 350F for 55 minutes. Perfectly brown on the outside, moist on the inside. Also, added 1 tsp of vanilla extract and used pecans, instead of walnuts.
