Popcorn Balls Recipe : Paula Deen-Pop 18 cups popcorn, place in large bowl. In med pan mix 2c sugar, 1 1/3c water, ½ c corn syrup, 1 tsp white vinegar, and ½ tsp salt. Cook on high till candy thermometer is 255 degrees. Stir in 1tsp vanilla. Pour o/popcorn tossing to coat. Cool slightly, butter hands to form 3” balls. Cool completely on waxed paper.
