Dorito Chicken Casserole 2 cups shredded cooked chicken 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (divided) 1 oz) can cream of chicken soup ½ cup milk ½ cup sour cream 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes (drained) ½ packet taco seasoning 1 large bag Doritos

These Peanut Butter Bars are easy and delicious treats. They have the consistency of a brownie, without the flour! 2 cups natural peanut butter, no additives . 3/4 cup honey . 2 eggs . 2 tsp vanilla . 1 tsp baking soda. In a mixing bowl, use a fork to combine all ingredients. Spread batter into an 9" x 13" baking pan (greased lightly with butter or coconut oil). Bake at 300 F for 25 minutes or until the edges are nicely browned. Cool then cut into squares. Also delicious lightly frozen!

Peanut Butter Bars (dairy and gluten free): 2 c peanut butter, c honey, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp baking soda. Combine and bake in at 300 F for 25 minutes.
