::Who said healthy can't be yumm?:: I did the paleo diet last year and loved it. I want to get back to it - I simply felt healthier, more energized, stronger, better in general. Now I'm collecting recepies to get ready... :) Feel free to contribute! All tips are welcome!

Ice cream with one ingredient: bananas. Apparently it gets all creamy and yummy like regular ice cream.   Just freeze the bananas, than blend them for 3-5 minutes. Done.   ~~~gone to freeze the bananas.. :)
