This is perfect wedding makeup! Personally, I wouldn't take the base color up that high at the corners (I prefer a rounded look and not so cat-eye) and a bit lighter defined brows. I absolutely LOVE the emphasis of the lashes rather than the shadows and lid. I wouldn't line the water line though. I would keep the shadow though too make the eyes rounder (like I said above).
