The New Beauty Book I Swear By

This book is the thinking woman's beauty bible. Most books on fashion and style feel repetitive - but Andrea Pomerantz Lustig delivers new suggestions and practical ideas.

I've heard a lot about this book. British humor is the best A_A

"You start thinking: it can't be a great cosmic game of chess, it has to be just very complicated Solitaire." Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch: Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett

I have this pile of books that are waiting for me to read them. This is one of them. I've gotten about half way through. The book is very good about building up a kind of terror, that only a good Dracula novel could.

The Historian (Elizabeth Kostova) - a fantastic telling of the Dracula story.
