These are great ideas for rewards for good student behavior, especially since, at my school, you cannot give out food/candy as rewards.

Reward system- they get a piece to a puzzle. When the puzzle is complete, they earn a reward prize.

Not sure if it would matter to some students, but being this up front with students may help and definitely puts the ball in their court. Send these rules home to parents also. You know, the ones that think their child can do no wrong.
