Eye Bar Restaurant
EYE Restaurant. Part of the EYE film museum. You get there with a (free) ferry boat from Central Station.

SLA
SLA: hip and trendy salad bar. Very busy. Easy to get a good gluten-free salad.

Spaghetteria: organic restaurant with a lot of gluten-free options; even gluten-free pasta!

Burgermeester
Burgermeester is a burger joint with several locations in Amsterdam. With good meat and vegetarian burgers. A bit more space then the falafel places (Maoz).

Genroku
Pretty good all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. You can order a la carte too.

Marqt
Marqt: organic grocery store with a lot of gluten-free food. Comparable with Whole Foods (thus expensive). The street its in is a must-visit, its one of the best streets to stroll around and shop a bit.

TerraZen Café
TerraZen: Cozy, vegan food cafe in Amsterdam near Dam square. Menu features Japanese and Caribbean fusion cuisine with in-house-made vegan burger, quinoa salad, fresh spring rolls, udon noodle, hijiki seaweed salad, fruit shakes, tea, coffee, muffins, and vegan desserts. Uses mostly local organic produce. Cash only.

REM Eiland
REM Eiland: an amazing location, as its located in a former television broadcasting tower. From the days that broadcasting was still illegal. Good food too.

Ciel Bleu
Ciel Bleu is located in the Okura hotel, close to the RAI. This restaurant has two Michelin stars and is pretty expensive. But great food!

De Italiaan
De Italiaan: a bit further away, but a great place for gluten-free food. They even have gluten-free pizza's and pasta's.

The Pancake Bakery
The Pancake Bakery: go here for good Pannekoeken, a typical Dutch treat (even as dinner).

De Bolhoed
De Bolhoed: Vegetarian dining in casual atmosphere. Changing menu, fair portions. Usually one main dish plus salads and quiche. Note that the cheeses are not vegan. Directions: next to Prinsengraght canal in Jordaan area, near Anna Frank house and Noordermarkt. Has outdoor seating. Cash only.

Pllek
Pllek: venue on an old shipping wharf is a (free) 10 minute boat ride away from CS. It's large and has outdoor pebble beach / quay and a nice view over het IJ.
