My fav thanksgiving side dish ever!! Corn Casserole 1 box Jiffy 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 2 eggs 1 stick butter, melted 1 Cup Sour cream Mix all together in casserole adding the sour cream last. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes. I make this every year....u can double & triple it. Family favorite
5 Ingredient Corn Casserole: 1 can of corn, 1 can of creamed corn, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 stick of melted butter & 1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a greased 8"x8" casserole dish. Cook uncovered for 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
