Crustless pumpkin pie! All the fat is in the crust so just skip it. I modified this recipe to make it even healthier. 15 oz pumpkin, 1/4 c. splenda brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. almond milk and 1/4 c. liquid egg whites. Plus 1 tsp each vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and cinammon.
