BBQ Ribs in Crockpot. 3 lbs. pork or beef ribs 1 C water 1/4 C cooking sherry 1 T Worcestershire sauce salt & pepper to taste 1/2 C barbecue sauce Place ribs standing upright in crock pot. Pour in sherry & water. Sprinkle w/Worcestershire sauce & salt & pepper. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs. Cook on low approximately 8 hours. Serve with additional barbecue sauce for dipping
Cover the bottom of the crock with brown sugar. Place ham on top of the brown sugar and add pineapple tidbits with the juice. Sprinkle ham with more brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. There are things I must do this holiday season... This is one of them
