Fruit Pizza: Sugar cookie dough rolled out and baked. Cool completely. Topping: 8 oz. cream cheese/softened, ½ cup sugar, 1 t vanilla extract, 1 container Cool Whip/thawed, assorted fresh fruit For topping. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture. Store in refrigerator.
