Crockpot chicken and gravy 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts 14 1/2 oz can chicken broth 2 packets chicken gravy mix 1. ur in chicken broth, cover and cook 3-4 hours or until chicken pulls apart easily. 2. Pour 2 cups of the chicken juices/broth out of the crockpot and into a saucepan. Add the two gravy packets to the saucepan and whisk well. Simmer on low until gravy thickens. 3. Shred chicken and serve with gravy and mashed potatoes. UPDATE: THIS IS AWESOME AND SO EASY!

Crispy Cheddar Chicken Recipe: Time: 1 hour (15 min prep + 45 min baking) Serves: Approximately 7 Ingredients: (Chicken) - 4 large chicken breasts - 2 sleeves Ritz crackers - 1/4 teaspoon of salt - 1/2 cup of milk - 3 cups of grated cheddar cheese - 1 teaspoon of dried parsley (Sauce) - 10 ounce cream of chicken soup - 2 Tablespoons of sour cream - 2 Tablespoons of butter 1. Cut each chicken breast into 3 large chunks. 2. In a small good processor grind up the ritz crackers. 3. Pour the milk, cheese, and cracker crumbs into 3 separate small pans. Toss the 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 of a teaspoon into the cracker crumbs & stir the mixture around to combine. 4. Dip each piece of chicken into the milk 5. Then dip each piece into the cheese. Press the cheese into the chicken with your fingers. Some of it will fall off when you add it to the cracker crumbs, don't worry about it. 6. Press the cheesy chicken into the cracker crumbs & press it in. By the time you are coating the last piece of chicken, the dish you are using for the crumbs will be full of cheese. Don't let it get you down. Once the cheese melts in the oven it will adhere nicely to the crumbs & the crackers. 7. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray & lay the chicken inside the pan. 8. Sprinkle the dried parsley over the chicken. 9. Cover the pan with tin foil & bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove the tin foil, bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the edges of the chicken are golden brown & crispy. 10. Into a medium sized saucepan combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, & butter with a whisk. Stir it over medium high heat until the sauce is nice & hot. Serve over the chicken. ENJOY! In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Heat a griddle or large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. For each pancake pour 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle. Flip when they start to bubble. Cook until golden brown. Repeat, spraying the griddle as needed. Makes about 10 pancakes. Want to try.

Parmesan Gremolata Smashed Potatoes 2 lbs. fingerling potatoes, scrubbed clean 1/2 cup olive oil (or less) 1 tsp sea salt 3 cloves garlic, peeled, crushed, and minced 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, minced (should be about 1/4 cup when minced) 1 lemon, grated zest of 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water (about an inch higher than the potatoes). Bring to a boil and simmer until the potatoes are cooked through (about 15 minutes for these little potatoes). Drain the potatoes and let dry in a colander or on a kitchen towel. Drizzle a little olive oil on a shallow rimmed baking sheet. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer, making sure to get some oil on the base of each potato, and gently press each potato flat with the flat side of a meat tenderizer or a heavy-bottomed drinking glass to about 1/2- to 3/4-inch thickness. Drizzle the olive oil over the smashed potatoes and then sprinkle salt over the potatoes. Roast for 30 minutes, flipping the potatoes over at 15 minutes with tongs or a spatula. While the potatoes are roasting, mix the garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese together in a small bowl. When the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven, and toss them in a large bowl with the Parmesan-gremolata. Serve hot. Serves 4 as a side dish.

creamy cauliflower garlic rice -- an easy dinner (with steamed fish, a pork chop, or grilled chicken) Creamy Cauliflower Garlic Rice Author: Pinch of Yum Ingredients 6-8 cups chopped cauliflower 4 cups vegetable broth + 2 cups water ½ cup milk 1½ cups brown rice (I used a brown rice blend) 1 teaspoon salt (plus more to taste!) 2 tablespoons butter 6-8 cloves minced garlic ½ cup Mozzarella cheese for topping (more to taste) Instructions 1. Cook the rice according to package directions. Set aside. 2. Bring the vegetable broth and water to a boil in a large pot. Add the cauliflower and boil for about 10 minutes, until tender. Transfer cauliflower pieces to a blender or food processor. 3. Puree the cauliflower, adding milk or extra vegetable broth to get a smooth, creamy consistency. Season with salt. Pour over the cooked rice and stir to combine. 4. In a large nonstick skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic, sauteing over low heat until the garlic is very fragrant, about 3-5 minutes. Add the creamy rice mixture and stir until butter and garlic is incorporated. Add cheese on top or stir it throughout the rice to get it melted. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

1 can of condensed cream of chicken, 1 packet of dry Ranch dressing, and 1 can-full of water in a crockpot. add 5 boneless pork chops and let it cook on low from 5:30AM till 6PM .

RANCH HOUSE CROCK POT PORK CHOPS w/ PARMESAN MASHED POTATOES recipe from: Real Mom Kitchen 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick 1 packet dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning 10 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup 4 lbs peeled, cubed potatoes 5 Tablespoons real butter 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese 6 cloves roasted garlic (directions are below) 1- 1 1/2 Cups warm milk 1 Tablespoon salt, or to taste 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper, or to taste Place pork chops, Ranch seasoning and soup into a medium sized crock pot over high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours. Place potatoes into a large pot of cold water. Place onto stove top over high heat and bring to a boil. Once water is boiling, cook for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and transfer to the work bowl of a stand or electric mixer. Mix on low until potatoes are mashed then add butter, Parmesan, garlic, milk, salt and pepper. Season to taste if needed. For thinner mashed potatoes add more milk, slowly until your desired consistency. Scoop mashed potatoes onto serving plates and top with pork chops and soup gravy from crock pot. I put a little parsley on top to serve. Roasted Garlic Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place bulb of garlic with skins on, wrap lightly in tin foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove from foil and let cool for 15 minutes. Remove garlic from skins, place in a bowl and mash with a fork until completely mashed. Set aside. One garlic bulb will have around 12 cloves. Enjoy!
