Good Fats...Omega-3 fatty acids are found in foods such as olive oil and loaded with health benefits like reducing inflammation. But be sure to store olive oil in a dark, cool cupboard - the fats and healthy phytonutrients can slowly degrade with light & air exposure.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil - I cannot say enough good things about EVOO; it is wonderful in a variety of recipes and can be substituted for many less healthy fats & oils, such as butter. Be cautious of serving size, though; like many things, EVOO is best in moderation. When buying, try to get oil made from cold pressed olives. In my opinion, the best olive oil comes from Italy, especially Sicily where many of their olive trees are hundreds of years old.
