Lauren Conrad's 7 days to skinny jeans smoothie! Soo good! And fills me up in the morning. 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries. 1/2 cup of Greek low fat yogurt (any low fat yogurt will do) 1/2 cup of rolled oats. 1 banana. 1 tbsp honey. And 1/2 cup coconut water. Blend and enjoy! So delish and good for you!
