From Annie's Eats: If there were ever a dessert that just screamed spring to me, it would be these cupcakes. Light and fluffy lemon cake dotted with fresh, juicy blueberries and topped with pillowy lemon cream cheese frosting.
Toffee crunch cupcakes- these are a great combination! I loved the caramel frosting with chocolate and toffee, and mocha cake. Although, next time I will use a different chocolate cake recipe- this one was a little dry.
