Beef Tenderloin Roast with Zinfandel Reduction and Herbed Butter -the beef tenderloin was cooked absolutely perfectly. The reduction was sweet and a little overwhelming. The butter was just not that good (it would have been without lemon zest). However, I cooked green beans in the reduction and it was excellent, just too much for the beef.
