2 cups Earnest Eats Mayan Blend Oats, 3 ripe mashed bananas, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, and today I cheated when I baked and tossed some chocolate chips on top. Bake 350 for 25 min, they will be firm but flexible. I cut mine with a pizza cutter. Served best right from the oven!
