Lunch Lady Brownies ~This brownie recipe is no ordinary recipe. This recipe started in a junior high school cafeteria. In a small town in Idaho, a lunch lady made these brownie so perfectly that they were entered in local bake sales and fund raisers.

Almond Flour Brownies: 2/3 cup honey,  1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil,  1 Tbsp. vanilla extract,  3 eggs,  1 cup almond flour,  1/2 cup cocoa,  1/4 tsp. baking soda,  1/4 tsp. sea salt (omit if using salted butter)
