I recently redid my kitchen and I used white cabinets on top with a bead board white ceiling and cherry cabinets on the bottom with a brazillian cherry floor - it makes my kitchen look much bigger than it actually is!

7 up biscuits: 2 cups Bisquick 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup 7-up 1/4 cup melted butter Preheat oven to 450. Cut sour cream into biscuit mix, add 7-Up. Makes a very soft dough. Sprinkle additional biscuit mix on board or table and pat dough out. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a 9 inch square pan. Place cut biscuits in pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

7UP BISCUITS - These are AMAZINGLY GOOD! This is now my all the time, go to biscuit recipe. Better than the bisquick box recipe, homemade buttermilk biscuits, etc. FYI - I used Sprite instead of 7Up and plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.

I did something very similar to this in my basement except I made a large run from the 3 colors I used in all of the areas of the basement. Still looks good after 7 years! Really easy to do.
